At Mondial we recognise that the happiness of our employees is paramount to achieving our goals and therefore a great deal of time is devoted to ensuring that there is a positive working environment for all our employees by identifying relevant training needs and rewarding hard work and a job well done.
Working together as a team and sharing ideas means everybody plays a part in the success of the Company and has a say in shaping its future.
We all work on a first name basis, including the Managing Director, and the Company intranet has photographs of every current employee so that when you need to speak to someone new, you can look them up first and find out what they look like!
We believe in an open door policy and giving employees access to the management teams and all our executive board members make it a priority to regularly tour the floors to keep themselves up to date with any new developments within their departments.
Regular Business Updates
All employees are invited to attend quarterly meetings which are presented by the managing director and senior managers who provide information about the business and answer any questions that may arise.
Employee Feedback
Feedback from employees is welcomed and everybody is encouraged to ask questions via the facilitators who are allocated to each table to ensure that no one feels uncomfortable in asking a question, no matter how challenging it may be.
