We are the largest assistance company of our kind, providing Roadside Assistance, Motor Warranties and Travel Insurance Services.
Mondial Group owns and operates a network of 37 operations centres worldwide and our clients in the UK include BMW, Volkswagen, Audi, Mercedes-Benz and Citroen.
Mondial Assistance UK was established in 1980 and we have grown extensively over the last three decades building our strenghts around a core range of services including Assistance Services, Warranty Services, Customer Management and Outsourced Solutions. All these services are delivered in the name of the client brand.
We now employ over 900 staff, managing more than 3 million customer interactions a year.
Operations Centre
Our Operations Centre is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year by professional, product knowledge trained staff, dedicated to delivering branded services on behalf of our clients.
We believe that every call from a customer is important and that every customer will be looked after by an experienced and dedicated Co-ordinator who will handle all aspects of the assistance. Every customer should be treated as an individual.
