In July 2007 Mondial UK was unveiled as the winner of the
2007 Training Award. Our entry not only put the spot light on the dedicated
brand training we give our roadside technicians, but on the entire Business
from induction to annual appraisals and investment in personal development
programmes.

In June 2007 Mondial UK won the Approved Centre of the
Year Award 2007. Mondial was recognised for its commitment to making a
demonstrable difference to the sector by being a fundamental part of the
industry’s Automotive Technician Accreditation scheme, now embedded within its
own training culture, as well as supporting its clients in the initiative.
Investor in People is a
national standard which sets out a level of good practice for training and
development of people to achieve business goals.
Following the October 2006 review, Mondial UK continues
to meet the requirements of the Investors in People Standard. Mondial UK was
first recognised as an Investor in People in 1997 and this was then followed by
a further two successful reviews in 2000 and 2003. Our recent review showed
that many of you think Mondial is still a great place to work with strong commitment to employee
welfare, making individuals feel valued and offering good training and
development opportunities.
In June 2006 Mondial UK was awarded with a prestigious
“one star” status in the Best Company Accreditation scheme: a new initiative of
the “Sunday Time Best Companies” in order to acknowledge corporate excellence
in the workplace. Accreditation is a focus on Workplace engagement as an
integral component of an organisations success and growth.
Mondial Assistance was successful in being placed
within ‘The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For’ in 2006, 2004, 2003,
2002 and 2001. The award is designed to acknowledge best working practices,
reflecting a company’s working culture and employees satisfaction.
