Investers in People 2006 |

Investors in People is a national standard which sets out a level of good practice for training and development of people to achieve business goals. Following the October 2006 review, Mondial UK continues to meet the requirements of the Investors in People Standard. Mondial UK was first recognised as an Investor in People in 1997 and this was then followed by a further two successful reviews in 2000 and 2003. Our recent review showed that many of you think Mondial is still a great place to work with strong commitment to employee welfare, making individuals feel valued and offering good training and development opportunities. |
