Technician of the year.

All of our automotive technicians, are continually assessed for the title of Technician of the Year. This awardr is based on repair rate, volume of work and inspection scores and the highest scoring technicians every month are declared regional winners.

At the end of the competition, the highest scoring technician overall for each region, wins the title of Regional Technician of the Year and a number of prizes. In addition, all of the regional winners are invited to our training facility in Warrington for a final technical assessment to determine the overall Technician of the Year for each brand. The assessment included fault diagnosis and attending a customer at the roadside.
