Green Week

In November 2007 our Green Champions organised a week in which various organisation, charities and ‘green’ companies could come in to the Head Office in Croydon and talk to our employees about their work and the impact that everyone can have on the environment.

Green Week was designed to educate our employees in a friendly and open way about the issues of climate change and to encourage individuals to get involved in projects and to learn new ways of reducing their carbon footprint at both work and in their home life.

Each day had a theme, as follows....

MONDAY: An Inconvenient Truth

The event was spread over an entire week and began on the Monday with a viewing of ‘An Inconvenient Truth’, the thought provoking and challenging documentary created by former Vice President, Al Gore.

TUESDAY: Energy Day

Wellness WEDNESDAY

THURSDAY: Earth Day
