Where can I park?
If you are coming to our Head Office in Croydon you will have to park in one of the public car parks, as we have limited on site parking.  The closest car park is the Fairfield Halls NCP accessed from Barclay Road.  Alternatively there are excellent public transport options, including rail, bus and Tramlink.

What type of interview will it be?
Full details of your interview or assessment will be given to you with your invitation to attend.  The interview will however be formed of  competency based questions.

Do I need to prepare for the interview?
It’s always good to prepare – we’ll give you some hints and tips on preparation when we invite you for your interview or assessment.  A good place to start is our website www.mondial-assistance.co.uk

Do I need to bring anything to the interview with me?
Again, full details about what you need to bring will be given to you with our invitation to attend.

Why is referencing important?
Over the years we have built up a great reputation for honesty and trustworthiness.  It’s very important to us, because we handle a lot of sensitive information on our clients behalf – and they need to know that they are in safe hands.  So, as you will appreciate,  we need to have completed references and successful screening checks for everyone who joins the team.

How long does the application process take?
A number of different factors can affect how long the process takes, but we aim to progress your application as quickly as we can.  You can help by providing the information we need in full and as quickly as possible, and by responding to our letters, emails and phone calls as soon as you can.
