As a leading provider of bespoke Roadside Assistance Services, we are always looking to strengthen and develop the skills and knowledge of our Roadside Technicians.
With a commitment to delivering customer service of the highest quality to all our customers it is vital that we equip all our Roadside Technicians with the most up to date equipment and qualifications.
Automotive Technician Accreditation (ATA)
Recently, our Roadside Technicians have undergone and passed assessments for the Roadside Automotive Technician Accreditation (RATA), which is administered by the Institute of the Motor Industry.
Mondial welcomes the Roadside ATA and recognises the importance of such a scheme. Technicians can build on their current skills and previous knowledge and gain a recognised qualification, which results in the end consumer being provided with a high quality and professional roadside service.
In House Training
Training is provided by our own qualified and experienced team of Technical Trainers who are approved to carry out assessments and certificated training on all the recognised industry training programmes.
