Assessment Centres

It is likely that you will attend an Assessment Centre with other candidates who have applied for the same role as we may have more than one position vacant for that role and it is time efficient to see everybody together.

The tasks that you will be expected to complete at an Assessment Centre will directly link to the role that you have applied for and will have been designed to fairly test each applicant on their skills, relevant knowledge and previous experience.

Depending on the number of people attending on the day, an Assessment Centre can last up to 2 hours.

As part of the recruitment process for our Customer Service positions, you will be required to take part in a telephone role-play which will be similar to the calls that you would be handling, were you to be successful in your application.

Your performance will be scored directly following the Assessment Centre and we will contact you promptly to let you know how you got on.

If you are successful following your Assessment Centre, you will then be invited in for an Interview which will be conducted by the department manager.
