All our interviews are competency based, following structured questions relating directly to the essential criteria required for the role. Our interviews are generally conducted by the department manager and he or she will be looking to find out about your relevant experience and abilities and will ask you for specific examples of situations in which you have demonstrated a specific ability which is relevant to the role. Following your interview, the department manager will assess your performance and will advise us as to the outcome accordingly. We will then contact you to advise as to whether or not you have been successful in your application and will be ready with any feedback on your performance, if required.
