Telephone Interviews

We carry out telephone interviews for all our Customer Service positions in order for us to be able to assess your phone manner and ability to communicate well over the phone.

We will contact you to arrange a suitable time to carry out this interview and it is important that you ensure that you are in a quiet environment during the call so that you are able to hear all the questions that you are asked and are not distracted during the interview.

Telephone interviews generally last between 20 and 30 minutes during which time you will be asked a series of competency based questions which will focus on your relevant and previous experience, your understanding of the Company and the role you are applying for and the reasons why you feel you are suitable for this role.

Following the telephone interview we will assess your answers and contact you promptly to let you know how you have done.

If you are successful at this stage we will then invite you in to attend an
Assessment Centre which will enable us to further test your abilities and relevant knowledge.
