To increase warranty and assistance policy renewals by utilising your sales skills, deal with inbound and outbound telephone sales activity on Shortfall and Income Protection Insurance products, provide a professional, efficient and proactive policy sales and administration service, reflecting the brand values of the client company and ensure that all processes and procedures comply with FSA requirements

To provide support to the finance and sales support teams to assist the local Sales Directors and Account Managers within the EMEA3 Areas and provide appropriate sales support and accounts and financial analysis within Russia, Middle East, Nordics and Baltics Regions

To generate increased profitable revenue by establishing efficient sales channels for automotive products and services within the B2C arena, be responsible for all aspects of the sales process from data generation and solicitation to customer journey and eventual sales process, and to identify new partnership deals for the distribution of Mondial’s insurance and assistance products and services in the E commerce sector

Through understanding the vision and strategic objectives of the department support the Business Development Managers (BDM’s) and Account Managers in identifying new sales opportunities and develop strong relationships with clients and prospects so that Mondial is considered for, and successful in, new business proposals.

To provide a professional, effective and quality roadside assistance service to customers ensuring that the service provided is of the highest standard in keeping with the brand image and the Company’s standards.

To collate, co-ordinate and communicate technical information specifically relating to roadside repair, proactively analyse new sources of information and monitor parts utilisation and fault trends.

To resource and develop the department to ensure departmental objectives are achieved within budgetary limits, provide team leadership within a working environment that is driven by a commitment to achieving performance targets, manage the relationship with clients and suppliers in accordance with business goals, pro-actively manage the department and deliver continuous performance improvements in all areas and to work closely with the Head of Travel Operations in the delivery and implementation of Mondial Group best practices and be responsible for monitoring the ongoing performance of the Claims function against set service criteria.
