We are looking for 3 NMC Registered Nurses (Medical Case Managers) to join our expanding International Medical Assistance Team. You will be responsible for the prioritisation and case management of our client’s patients, either overseas or in the UK.

To lead, motivate and develop the team to ensure that the quality and standard of service required by the company and our clients is fully realised.

To both manage existing business and generate work with the New Business Development Managers in identifying new and profitable revenue within the automotive blue chip industry.

To provide a professional, effective and quality roadside assistance service to customers ensuring that the service provided is of the highest standard in keeping with the brand image and the Company’s standards.

This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in our growing Travel Claims Team and the wider Travel Operations division to design, deliver and co-ordinate development programmes and specific training courses to employees.

Using your previous experience of working within a travel claims or general insurance environment you will be responsible for assessing claims, calculating payments, and liaising with customers.
