Pension Scheme

All employees with more than 12 months service are eligible to join the Mondial UK Non-contributory Group Personal Pension Plan.

The payments that Mondial will make into your Pension Plan are based on a percentage of your basic annual salary and are dependent upon grade and length of service and are made whether or not you make any payments into your Plan.

You are also able to make payments into your Plan which are based on a percentage of your basic annual salary and Mondial will match your percentage in addition to their existing payments.
