Pension Scheme
All employees with more than 12 months service are eligible to join the Mondial UK Non-contributory Group Personal Pension Plan.
The payments that Mondial will make into your Pension Plan are based on a percentage of your basic annual salary and are dependent upon grade and length of service and are made whether or not you make any payments into your Plan.
You are also able to make payments into your Plan which are based on a percentage of your basic annual salary and Mondial will match your percentage in addition to their existing payments.
Health Care Scheme*
We all fall ill or need urgent medical treatment occasionally. To help you receive the care you need, Mondial provides a scheme for employees giving you access to prompt and comprehensive medical and dental treatment. * Qualifying period and scheme rules apply
Life Assurance
Insurance cover of four times your basic annual salary is provided free of charge by the Company to all employees on a Permanent or Fixed Term Contracts.
Childcare Vouchers*
This scheme provides you with vouchers (up to Inland Revenue limits) free of tax and National Insurance contributions, through a salary sacrifice. Vouchers can be used to pay towards various forms of childcare. * Qualifying period and scheme rules apply
Luncheon Allowance
All employees receive a Lunch Allowance in addition to their monthly salary. The amount paid to each employee is based on the number of days worked per week.
Long Term Service Awards
At Mondial we recognise the loyalty and dedication of our employees by awarding employees who have completed 10 and 20 years service.
Eye Care Vouchers
Mondial provides vouchers towards the cost of an eye test to all employees and depending upon their prescription, a contribution may also be made towards the cost of a new pair of glasses.
