What is the Investors in People Standard?
The Investors in People Standard is a business improvement tool designed to advance an organisation’s performance through its people.
It doesn't matter what size or type of organisation you are, the Investors in People Standard is there to help you improve the way you work.
How do we achieve the Standard?
We have to meet the same criteria or 'indicators' as other companies, however the Standard recognises that organisations use different means to achieve success through their people and so rather than telling us how to improve, the Standard simply provides a framework to help us find the most suitable means for achieving success through our employees.
